We’re currently working with one of the UK’s largest retail chains, helping them to close a distribution centre which they have simply outgrown.
Despite the size and volume of the project, we had emptied the first building in just four weeks, which included removing pallet racking and sprinklers, carrying out electrical works and building removals, as well as clearing the site of waste.
It’s so important when closing down a building to ensure that it is left in a good state of repair, and in a similar condition to when you moved in, or businesses will risk breaching their lease agreement.
We’re proud that we were the first company the retailer called, having heard about the excellent reputation we’ve built after successfully completing so many dilapidation orders of all sizes.
We’ve achieved this through our attention to detail, first class health and safety record, and ability to turn projects around quickly and efficiently whilst doing the job properly.
If you are currently considering a warehouse move and want to speak to us about your dilapidation project, please give us a call. We’re happy to advise on the best way to proceed.
